EDUCATION

Hello, my name is Sarah and I am of Métis, Scottish and Irish ancestry. I am a registered counselling therapist candidate (RCT-C) with the Nova Scotia College of Counselling Therapists (NSCCT) as well as a Certified Music Therapist through the Canadian Association of Music Therapists (MTA).

Empathetic listening, gentle curiosity and the use of creative interventions inform my private practice. Using a creative lens, I support clients to help facilitate a sense of safety within themselves and to realize their own strength.
